I took my pent for length alteration, provided with sample pent and also showed the lady by putting it on in the shop. She charged me AUD 15/- and returned the pent after 4 days . When i tried the pent in my house it was still 1.5 inch longer than the desired length. I took it again to the shop she refused to do the alteration without charging again AUD 15/-.
The worst dry cleaning experience in history. Dropped off three garments to be dry cleaned for a wedding. White jacket came back with a stain and all garments were creased. Should have inspected prior to collection, though didn't expect such a poor outcome. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
Just as expensive at getting shirts cleaned in the city - $4.50!! Not very suitable for a shop located in the eastern suburbs, namely Noble Park. My fault for not checking the price, but I was in a rush so I dropped my clothes off. Paying that price I would have expected MINT condition clothes, but I received the opposite. Couple shirts returned with shrinkage.. and one shirt with a stain that they missed. Without listening to my concern and allowing me to explain, the workers there completed disregarded me. In an attempt to fix my problem, they offered to clean it for me a couple times... Err.. I would rather get my shirt washed somewhere else then to have to have it SHRINK even more, and not able to get stains out and give MORE money! I could have been the one who's happy to pay that much for a shirt, but can not for the life of me recommend this place to anyone who wants value for money, or even basic service of a clean shirt.
