Noni B - Head Office

If there was a minus star, then that's what nonib online 'service' would get. no service, no answering of emails etc. as to where my paid for merchandise is. It's called theft, when someone takes money, and then does not produce the said goods. I want answers and I want them now-FROM ANYBODY who has a brain.

I am soooo disapointed with my online shopping with Noni-b .....ordered a item for Mother's Day back in April.... still waiting & it is IMPOSSIBLE to talk to anybody about my order.... will NEVER buy online with this company again.

No online service things missing from my order and no one to contact

Noni B online is absolutely ridiculous. How do you get through to them? I have called and emailed and nobody's home. Why have contact facilities if you can't be bothered to answer? No more Noni B. Facebook here I come....

I have bought many items in store from the shops in this group but shopping online has been a very bad experience. Items failed to be delivered on time and all the contacts for customer care etc have been almost useless. I buy from other stores online and am amazed by the quick delivery and the information I get to let me know when my order is dispatched, expected delivery time etc. etc.
I opted for pick up in store on this occasion and am amazed at how little help the staff instore can offer when it comes to tracking my order. Phoning Customer Care was useless as I was just on hold forever and gave up. Emailing Customer Care just resulted in an automated reply.
I see that I am not the only one who has had this experience....alll I can say is management needs to address this situation if you don't want to be left behind in online sales.
