Noodle Hut

I am so disappointed ! I ordered a meal from the menu. I told the person what I need with my noodles and he asked me for $12.50. While I was eating I had a look on the board and to my surprise the same things (exactly) what I've ordered was $9.50 . I told the person why did you charge me extra dollars . They said it's too late can't do anything and the person was in a rude behaviour. I was so upset. It's not about couple of dollars it's more about how you talk to customers. There were no customer service and I feel I was being fooled. I told them they won't see me next time. That person was talking to a mate and laughing to each other. At the end there were no sorry or thank you from them. What a Shame!!! Such business is still working and concern about future customers. Good luck!

Went to noodle hut today...in Niddrie on keilor rd. wish I didnt! I got combination noodle soup. This needs to be renamed hot water and vegetable soup.Although I ordered "combination" which meant chicken pork beef and prawns. I got a piece of each!(extremely generous dont u think?) considering I paid $11.50 and go to any food court and this is usually $9.50. Lets just say I will never be back! Avoid at all costs

I agree with previous review. This outlet is very stingy with the additions they make to the rice- hardly any meat or veges. I made this known to the restaurant by phone. I hope they have listened.

Horrible food, horrible service. Staff were rude and not very helpful when trying to make decisions. Both orders we placed were made incorrectly, maybe that was due to the English language being almost non existent on the premises.

We just bought dinner from here and was very disappointed. I had all up about 5 small pieces of beef, 2 little broccoli heads and a couple strips of carrot in my Mongolian beef. The rest was all noodles and the sauce was awful. We didn't receive any sauce with our spring rolls and the prawn crackers that we had to pay for we're stale!! Ridiculous excuse for a take away!! Never eating here again!!
