poor service..the staff appear to be making up the recipes for the dishes we ask for as we are weekly customers or should I say WERE weekly customers as we won't be returning. We are getting different items in our dish every week..we are being ripped off by not getting up to 3 vegetables/tofu in the dish. It's got to the point that it is in fact FALSE ADVERTISING....time to look at reporting this beyond reviews..sick of being ripped off.
Good Food, Disgusting Service, Poorly Priced.
Had this one lady serve us, she was rude and impatient, we weren't ready to order and she just stood in front of us and said 'are youse done yet?' 'we than ordered what we were after and asked for noodles instead of rice for the dishes, without explaining she has charged us almost $5 extra for this, we than completed our order and did not give us a number, when our food was ready we didn't know it was ours so were sitting there and she yells over to us 'are you going to come get your food or what' beside the awful service, food did taste very nice.
Ordered the same thing on 3 different occasions and the food has tasted different every time. Was happy that they had gf meals. Staff never seem happy and would never order at night because the kitchen staffs smoke at the front of the store and go back in to cook. I just hope they wash their hands.
