Just bring yourself, some water and a smile! Looking out at Laguna Bay whilst practicing some relaxing and opening yoga is true bliss. Often we are treated to dolphins in the bay. So beautiful! The best way to begin your day.

This class is suitable for all levels from beginners to more experienced yogis. Everybody can be catered for including children. The class follows a gentle flowing path that will align the mind, breath and body. Classes are $14/person and mats are provided.
