I just walked out from what should have been a simple eyebrow wax, with part of 1 of my eyebrows missing!!
I have feather touch tattooing so obviously a very defined eyebrow line which should have been very easy to wax under.
However the girl who waxed my eyebrows, waxed off a large area of my hairs that were growing ON TOP of my tattooing on 1 brow!! ????
This also dulled the colour of my feather tattooing in that area as it is only semi permanent ink!!
I noticed straight away, showed them and they tried to deny any wrong doing and said that it must of been like that ...read more

In this case, you made our staff and wait room cliental aware that your tattooing had been removed during the waxing along with an abnormal amount of hair. You may not be aware, but the tattooing procedure uses a micropigmentation process to deposit ink on the top layer of dermis, resulting in a semipermanent tattoo that lasts for about a year. It’s very unlikely that we were able to remove the tattooing which was performed by another technician 3 weeks prior. It should be noted that the pigmentation can only be removed by several laser treatments.
