Noosa Cooloola Pools

Most awful experience - 8 months heartache and frustration, for a simple 5 x 4 pool with easy access. Unable to contact by phone or e-mail most of the time. Hardly any supervision of trades who came to site - 4 visits in 8 months consequently most things done incorrectly first time. Steps and seat in pool wrong height, pool fencing ordered incorrectly, coping tiles looked like they had been laid by a 5 yr old, had to be taken up and new ones laid, I could go on and on. Had contracted them to build pool and gazebo, but thank goodness we got someone else to build the gazebo - even though it cost us dearly it was worth it. Would give zero rating if possible.

Poor services throughout the build and now we find out 3 years later that the pool certification was never completed.
Find another pool builder.

Prompt in quoting and carrying out pool renovation however job was not completed as agreed and follow up and correction of errors were lacking. A bit sloppy!
