The seafood is above average quality but wow, do these guys know how to charge for it!
You can expect to pay an incredible $45.00 per kilo for king prawns, reef fish fillets from $25 to $35 per kilo! Oysters aren't too bad at $20 a dozen for pacific oysters but everything else is absolute murder.
The exact same prawns retail for $26.00 a kilo across the road! The checkout staff across the road said they run out of their prawns late morning and then you have to use the Markets!
They seem to do a steady trade all the same so I guess "Nooserites" have lots of cash and don't bother shopping around for good deals!
