Noosa Pet Resort

I left my little girl Mia, a Bichon pup, for a day in Day Care. It was an easy no fuss handover and when I picked Mia up at the end of the day she was happy, relaxed and very tired from her play day! I will use this service regularly now.

I take my dog to Noosa Pet Resort every fortnight for doggy daycare and a hydrobath. I'm quite happy with the service, as soon as I open my car door my dog runs straight down to the kennels. My dog has stayed for ten days at a time 3 times when we've gone on holidays and everytime I have been happy with their service. I recommend Noosa Pet Resort to all my friends and family. And if anyone is nervous about taking their animal there they can always go and inspect it, that's what I did.

Our dog was at the kennel for 2.5 days. During which time he developed a 30cm x 30cm hot spot on his chest, conjunctivitis in both eyes and infections in both ears resulting in a $200 vet bill. He was also very damp (it was a wet weekend) and clearly neglected. For two weeks afterwards he suffered night frights and severe separation anxiety.

The management claimed was away for the weekend and that they had staff who didn't know what they ere doing yet.

Absolutely appalled by the way our dog was treated and would strongly advise pet owners to take their animals elsewhere.
