Norbu Day Spa

My sister and I had the $175 package which is currently a special deal at Norbu which consisted of 90 min massage and ½ hour facial. Unfortunately the whole package finished 15 minutes early – even though we arrived 20 minutes before our appointment time. Massage was OK, but the facial seemed to be rushed. Lady on reception was friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. Normally the treatments we had would cost $275, but no way would this be worth the money.

AMAZING is the only word I can think of. I had a massage and facial and went to the pool in the hotel first. Was the most relaxing day, I can thank my therapist enough for their amazing skills the massage was firm but done in such a way that I was totally relaxed and she found every spot. Then it was followed with a facial with the most beautiful products and head massage I kept on falling asleep I was so relaxed and my skin glowed afterwards!!!!

Norbu is a hidden treasure

Quite honestly the worst massage I have ever had for technique and professionalism. Room I was in was small, clock at eye level and music only coming from an iPod so scratchy. Masseuse spent 6 minutes trying to fix hip hop music which was playing and then finished 6 minutes early so I was short changed 12 minutes!
They inadvertently brushed my private region during massage, no apologies. Their technique was poor to say the least, I asked for a relaxation and I got deep tissue.
Was asked to move rooms for my facial (strange..do it in the same room) so given a robe 4 sizes too small which showed everything so put clothes back on, Facialist's technique again poor, my shoulders were yanked (told later it was the technique?) Just wanted it all to be over.
