Well, I wouldn’t really consider this to be one of the greatest pubs that I have visited. I guess it really comes down to what beers were available on tap, and honestly, there really wasn’t all that much. Not really anything that I would particularly consider good. However, it is still a pretty decent pub, if only for the size of the beer garden, and the number of rooms that it happens to have.
Of the three decent places to get a steak in Brisbane, this would have to be the best. It's pricey but they're the tastiest and best cooked steaks I've had in a long time. Nice dining areas and customer service was good, it's now my pick for every birthday party we have!

Not the cheapest pub meal you'll ever have but they do a mean steak here. Worthy of their reputation.

The Norman has a name for the 'best steak in Brisbane', their steak is always well cooked but the sides really let it down. It's busy and expensive. I would prefer to go down the road to the morrison.

Our steak are served in a basic way to allow the beef to shine but maybe it's time we change things up?? I don't know our Idaho potato and coleslaw is pretty good! ??
Really great food!! A bit expensive for an everyday feed but you get a lot with your meal. The self service ordering has pros and cons, it can get very busy and you could wait forever in line just to place your order for food. Drinks are good. Venue is stunning, love the outdoor seating area. Staff are nice but you don't really interact much with them since you order your food and drinks and pick it up to take it back to the table.
