Norma's Quality Drycleaners

Awesome job on cleaning my stained cream dress, beaded feather part of the dress where I didn’t think the stains would come out, was all cleaned. Great work, my dress looks like brand new again.

Norma's Dry Cleaning has been a long time dry cleaner for me and has done everything from drycleaning and alterations and more recently mended a bag I use all the time. I only have good things to say about them from my experience and I have recommended them to friends.

DISGUSTING.
Do NOT bring your garments to Norma's dry cleaning.
I had dropped off a $310 white dress, which was returned with BLACK STAINS all over it.
Called the owner to discuss directly, and was told that this was due to the tags being left on - I HADNT EVEN WORN THE DRESS.
I had told the Norma's that this was not stated anywhere, and was not warned prior that the tag should not have been left on. I asked why 'professional' dry cleaners would go ahead with a job KNOWING that they were going to potentially stain or damage a garment, and they told me that it was my fault for leaving the tag on. Was also told they they simply do not care, that it isnt their problem, and was asked not to call them again.
Was spoken to very agressively by both owners, and was hung up on twice.
Disgusting customer service. Have never been spoken to like this before. Will be taking this alot further.

Terrible service and I shall not go again. I was overcharged last week, as they failed to count the amount of items I brought in the first place. When I tried to discuss it rationally with the lady there, she didn't want to listen. This is totally unprofessional behaviour.

they ruined my wife's suit jacket and claimed it was already like that. this was the first and is the last time I will go there.
