Norris Nundah Used Cars

I dont wanted to give a single star but have no such choice. They have worse sales people. If wanted to learn how to bluff to a customer, I would recommend learning from their sale team, Not even one thing they told is right about the car I bought. I was told I will get capped service on my car and this is just one example. Not just me, unfortunately my friends who bought along with me had same experience and sold their cars elsewhere. Better of staying without a car than taking a free car from them if they offer one.

Buying a car should be a fun experience, not with this mob. If you're looking to buy some cars from them please do yourself a favour and avoid the inconvinience. the only part they excel is giving you a hardtime and worries. the finance is very incompetent so is the sales staff. i was in the process of buying a car from them. the response they give is slower than a dial up internet. when enquiring with them the salesperson doesnt know what hes doing and have no knowledge about the car that he is selling. i still wonder how do they thrive everyday with that kind of customer service.

We experienced the worst service ever from Norris Used Motors in Nundah, Brisbane. They don't deliver on their promises, including not being able to provide us with a service book. It's all about the sale for them, don't expect any after-sales service. When we went back to pick up the promised service book, they could not produce it and they simply left us behind in their offices under the guise of 'having to move cars around' and didn't return. Appalling treatment of their customers!

Norris Motor Group Nundah is the textbook example of a shonky and untrustworthy used car dealer you would never want to deal with, ever. Every part of the process has been unnecessarily painful, drawn out and filled with excuses and half truths.

It all started when I made an appointment to visit the showroom to inspect a used vehicle. Upon arrival I was left standing in the showroom for 15 minutes, while staff messed about behind their desks nearby updating Facebook on their phones.
