In our clinic, we are using Gonstead Technique, which was named after its developer, Dr. Clarence Gonstead. This approach came from his engineering background where his foundation principle? explains how a subluxation pattern in one area of the spine can produce compensatory changes in another. The Gonstead Technique is acknowledged as one of the safest systems of evaluating and caring for the spine.

North Bondi Chiropractors, Dr Fiona Pearcey and Dr Larissa McGlade, understand that pain is the warning system of our bodies, just like the red light in your car that comes on if there is a problem. We don't cut the wire so we can't see the light, we go and get the problem in our car adjusted. So it is in the body, anti inflammatory and painkillers may dampen the pain but doesn't get to the cause.
