I really hope this guy isn't still out there ripping people off. I paid him $1900 back in March 2016 as a 50% deposit on 3 new garage doors. The doors were never supplied and to this day I still don't have my deposit back. Would give him zero stars if I could.

DO NOT USE THE BLOKE. we had him out to install an automatic opener. It took him 2 weeks to turn up with very little communication. After the door was instaled it never worked properly. 11 months later the roller door is now stuffed. We have had to get a different company out to fix. Apparently a weight bar was never installed on the bottom of the door (lazy installers).

Avoid north brisbane roller doors.

We paid North Brisbane garage doors to fix our garage door and Kurt was a no show!! It has been over six months and he still has not returned our money or our phone calls. We are now going through legal action. Would not recommend this business at all. I wish I had read the earlier reiview sooner!

I had an appointment to have my garage doors retensioned and kurt from north brisbane garage doors didn,t turn up. After leaving numerous messages and had no return calls, I used my sisters phone to ring which he answered. He said had a reason why he didn,t turn up and I gave him the benefit of the doubt. We made another arrangement and he didn,t get back to me or turn up AGAIN. I am so disappointed in the lack of service and communication and would not recommend this business to anyone. I went elsewhere.

The best on True local. I had a number of companies organised that either didn't turn up, or if they did, they only wanted to sell me a new motor. Kurt was well presented, polite and professional. He came and adjusted my motor free of charge and advised me it may not last long, a few days later I made a decision to replace it and called again, the product he put on is amazing and as well as that the door has never been quieter! Recommend to anyone.
