I would like to share a recent and very pleasant experience that my wife and I enjoyed with the help of some very friendly and help full and not to mention professional folk at North City Holden. We purchased a new Holden Caprice V and after a very long winded process (no fault of the dealership at all) we took delivery of this magnificent vehicle. The only way the deal could have been sweeter would have been if it wasn't held up so much by outside parties. The salesman, very friendly and most help full. The sales manager, very friendly, very help full and a most patient individual. The business manager, one of life's true and thorough gentlemen and my pleasure to have met and dealt with. I haven't named you gentlemen but you know who you are and once again I extend our thanks. I unreservedly recommend the "team" at North City to anybody who is in the market for a new or used vehicle. I can assure that it will be a worth while experience. Thans to you all.
Sold me a car and said it had been a fleet car and always serviced by them including the most recent service, put their sticker on to say next service due 6 months later... My mechanic checked with their service department for details on what exactly was completed during the last service... Just changed oil and put a sticker on! Stay clear, just not worth it. Simply liars.
Absolutely dissapointed in the service received particularly communication wise. At the beginning of our purchase they were eager and keen to sell the vehicle but once the finance was near to being sorted, the process thereon was slow, responses were scarce and excuses abundant. We should have just pulled out of the deal when we felt we should have! I would not recommend anyone to ourchase through North City Holden especially if you are interstate! It has been a week now and we have still not received the car we ourchased as promised nor have we received an update. Of course we would get annoyed but I had expected them to be there till we received the car rather than give excuses about the transportation company and what not.
Today we were told by the transportation company delivering our vehicle it could be 3 weeks! We had asked all the right questions before the purchase but unfortunately were misinformed if not lied to. Not happy at all.

Had a log book service completed on my car that cost an absolute fortune only to find out that nothing that was done!
So bottom line is you pay them to do nothing!!!!!!
Now have to pay even more money to get my car fixed and North City Holden couldn't care less!!!
