Came across North Coast Coffee, and I have to say their customer service skills need fine tuning, after listening to them speak to other customers, I thought they were having a bad day, but when my turn came they were abrupt and rude. I ordered a regular half strength coffee and a tea, and they gave me small, when I asked if that was their regular size they began to advise me they only had two sizes and then rudely advised me that they were not "other coffee shop". Mind you the next customer I overheard question the size of "regular" also.
Upon taking my coffee my half strength coffee was full strength but the cup was half full, lucky I didn't see it as half empty that day!
