Had multiple correspondence with dealer about purchasing car. The two men in the yard were very nice, however the gentleman on the phone in the office was rude and pretentious. When I asked for the lowest price, he would not tell me, and after I offered more than a fair price for the car, he rejected it by saying "ok, thankyou'', I started to negotiate and and he literally hung up on me, saying 'were just too far apart', (the price was very close to what they were asking and lots more than the car was actually worth). Would recommend a full car history check to anyone else, as logbooks had white-out throughout them. There are plenty of other good dealers in Lismore, go somewhere else.
Bought a falcon from this dealership despite all the negative stories i herd about them. They did not tell me my cars front passenger side door did not lock, after going back to them they gave me the wrong replacement lock marked with the "front passenger". When purchased the car they replaced the brakes and i recently took off the wheel to upgrade my routers and to my frustration i have found that they forced the nuts on the studs causing them to be striped and stuck, my mechanic failed to pick up on it and now i have to buy 10 new studs/nuts as the ones on the car are badly ruined its not safe to drive on. If they told me this when buying the car i would not of purchased it. I would not recommend anyone buying from this dealership. Just not worth it. Rating 1/10.
Rang car dealer to see if they traded in vehicles and was very rude towards me. And towards the end of the conversation hung up on me and more or less was not interested in my sale! What a bummer could have had a really good deal! Your loss not mine! I won't be buying another second hand car off you that's for sure!!
