North Shore Gardening Maintenance

We started using North Shore Gardening Maintenance when our previous gardener retired. Their communication is poor: a number of times they said they were coming, and didn't. When they did show, they did an efficient job. Only thing was the two young blokes that came weren't wearing gloves, eye or ear protection. One of them got bitten/stung on his finger, and when I asked why they weren't wearing gloves, they said the company doesn't provide them. These are young blokes with their future ahead of them. They shouldn't have to worry about their safety, and if it's a truly local supplier, they should be taking better care of our sons & daughters.

We found Northshore Gardening Maintenance through an internet search and WOW, I am very pleased that we did! Their quote was well priced, provided exceptional friendly communication and the garden and lawn look fantastic. I couldn't speak more highly of the service! these guys are magic ..... nothing bad to say fantastic fast and friendly....

We haf used them for years for cutting hedges. Horrible now! I was quoted $700.00 for the job - told them not to go over that price. When the bill came it read $990.00. When we called to complain to them saying they had broken their word and the agreed quote price and hadn't asked if we wanted to go over the agreed price before they proceeded any further (as I would of said no) they said that it took longer than expected & that they had misjudged the quote and that is the way they do business and that they do thousands of homes each week like that.

BEWARE! We will never do business with them again after years of their previous service and we will be telling all we know about them.

We have employed north shore gardening for several years. We have recently been by dissatisfied with the gardening work being done and after 3 consecutive complaints and the final straw of a tree being cut without or permission or knowledge we will no longer recommend or use them. I have tried to ask for a response on occasions however they do not reply to my complaints I have always had to ring them. During our last call told me to "shove the tree up my $&@$" when I asked him what he was going to do about it.

For the cost, don't bother with this company.
