Great gym with good staff and good facilities. The change room and bathroom is kept clean. There's a good weight section downstairs, with limited weights and a cardio section upstairs. Also upstairs is a spin room and studio for classes. There are regular classes run by apt instructors. I've done the step class, pump class and body attack - I can confidently recommend them all.
I've been a member of North Shore Gym for the past 5 years. I joined before it was renovated and was impressed by it back then (renovations happened a few years ago)! Now the gym is very large, well staffed, perfectly run and has an extensive group fitness time table (for example there are classes on both Saturday and Sunday afternoons- something I have found other gyms not to offer). Another positive- they have opened a branch in Lanecove and all memeber have access to both facilities! This place is highly recommended : - )
