Sale’s experience – decent. The after sales leasing service is non-existent and ultimately I cannot recommend this business.

Not sure on the other reviews here, but I found these guys happy to talk, excited about their equipment, actually a bit cheaper than others I was looking at (water rower) and they offered lots of options for hire and sale. I ended up renting for a bit and then it made sense to buy it instead. Good experience.

They gave a good quote by email, then claimed to know nothing of it when I attempted to order, and they said the person who gave the quote wasn't there that day. When asked about it online, then they sent a snarky email saying the email quote was valid but that they wouldn't sell to me because I had asked about it publicly (what else can one do when confronted with feigned ignorance and a claim that the person responsible was away).



So, arrogant, rude and generally best avoided.

Buyer beware. These guys are nice but there stock is super expensive. They also don't offer refunds.... Which I found out after my wife bought me a fathers day present there and with an unopened box and receipt they wouldn't budge and gave me a excuse of internal book keeping issues
