RELAX&REVIVE
This is our signature massage. We combine Remedial, Deep Tissue, Swedish and Reflexology styles of massage into our own unique blend. This fabulous full body massage combats stress, fatigue, tension, aches and pains, jetlag and promotes healthy circulation.
DEEP TISSUE, SPORTS
A strong, deep massage which locates and dissolves muscle tension. Great
for muscle spasms, neck, shoulder or back pain. Can be tailored to
concentrate on the muscles relevant to your sport/activity.
SWEDISH
A gentle and soothing manipulation of the muscles. Swedish massage
promotes relaxation, improves circulation and relieves stress and tension by
calming sensory nerves. Can be used in combination with an Aromatherapy
massage.
PREGNANCY
A special massage tailored to help reduce the aches and pains associated
with pregnancy. Pregnancy massage can help relieve sciatic nerve pain and
upper and lower back pain. Promotes calmness and relaxation to both mother and child.
GIFT CERTIFICATES

From my first session with Elaine I knew I was in great hands. My body ached all over from a cancer operation and chemotherapy. Elaine listened and worked on every part of my body I complained about (many parts) and by the end I felt all my aches disappear and my nerves calm. I emerged walking on a cloud. I returned after each chemotherapy session to get my fix and the massages helped me get through my treatment and recover fast. Elaine and Lilo are so professional - I know I can trust them to give me a great massage every time. I will not go anywhere else.
Lilo and her team are amazing. I feel so relaxed after a massage and they always find the areas that are particularly in need of TLC. There is always someone there (week day/week end/ evening) so I can always get a booking to fit in with my haphazard routine. Do your body a favour and book now.
I work in a very stressful environment and years of ignoring my body and especially my back, had made it sore, tensed and painful. Being sceptical of the ever-sprouting quick-fix massage parlours in the city, I walked into Lilo's centre today, apprehensive and nervous. But, just after an initial interaction with her, I knew I was in safe hands..
My 90 minute massage today was excellent. It was very VERY relaxing. Lilo knew which muscle needed to be pampered and helped it relax. My healing today wasn't just a physical one, it was spiritual and emotional as well and I walked out of the clinic feeling lighter, more relaxed and with a better understanding of my body.
