I was recommended to NSSMC by my mother who had been diagnosed and treated for a hip condition at the center. She was very happy with the results. I had an ongoing (18 months) knee issue and had seen a GP and physio with unsatisfactory results. They seemed unable to tell me what was wrong and only able to offer generic advice like 'rest'. Given that it was a seemingly randomly reoccurring injury this was not a viable option... I was thoroughly examined and the doctor was immediately able to diagnose my issue (a damaged patella) and the muscle imbalance which resulted in my knee 'randomly' being jarred and a general feeling of instability. I left the center with a clear set of exercises and plan to revisit if their was no improvement in 6 weeks (this would indicate that the issue needed additional treatment).
