Absolute joke, an Christmas present I ordered from interstate over a week ago has been on board with driver since Wednesday morning! Site states that I should have received it by 5pm same day (Wednesday). It is now Friday night and still no package! I understand a day late given the busy period but 3 days, c'mon! This is not the first time we have had issues with this company, this happened a month ago when they held our pool pump for over a week. If you value your businesses reputation do not utilise the services of this company, I for one will specifically requesting that other companies be used for items that I spend my hard earnt on.

Leave the front door open, call up asking where my pacrel is, so obviously I'm home and they still leave sa card. I wonder if the they even bothered to knock on the door.
