Great service! Really happy with the price, the outcome and the advice. Cheapest mechanics I've found yet! So friendly and were very happy to help me out. Had a list of things that needed fixing, but was called to make sure that I was happy for them to go ahead with anything else that wasn't on the list. Would recommended to anyone!!! They certainly have kept my business :)

There was no need to change my spark plugs, as I has replaced them myself a month prior, there was no need to replace the fuel filter,and it was basically 4 times the amount charged, considering you quoted my $300 and charged me $1100, and where was the guaranteed courtesy call for any extra unnecessary work? Considering you charged so much you didn't adjust my hand brake, or machine my rotors after changing the brakes pads, or bleed the brakes well, since I had a spongy pedal....

I have taken my car to the manufacturer since I bought it new 9yrs ago. Over that time I always felt it was expensive but I wanted a reliable service on my car. After being quoted an exorbitant amount for my next service I decided to look around. I was recommended by a friend to Northern Automatics. I was very happy with their service. They are friendly & honest about what needs to be done to maintain my car without the big cost. I was charged half of what the manufacturer quoted. All up.. good, reliable, friendly service. I highly recommend them.
