Over the past six days I have phoned this business FOUR times & have yet to receive any reply or acknowledgement of my enquirey - maybe they are good at their job but I guess I will never know.
Also very strange that there is no facility on Google to leave a review ??? very strange indeed! There are great reviews on THEIR website -funny that. Probably one to avoid - their main competition however answered the phone immediately, were very helpfull & the job is booked in - happy days.
Very good choice avoiding this business, they are essentially scammers. Also I believe ik the reason you can't leave a review anywhere is because of bad reviews like this the business has removed it completely, as I left a bad review on there Facebook page and I was promptly blocked and all Facebook reviews were removed.
I am thoroughly dissapointed by the service that has been provided by this buisness, this buisness has been extremely unprofessional, unorganised, and has been extremely hard to contact with very poor communication.
I had asked northern beaches car sound to supply and install some front splits into my commodore and also install an amp that I was providing. They agreed to this and we arranged a time, I was then told me the night before they were unable to make it and would reschedule for later.
