Dr Cosford opposes vaccination and claims to have successfully reversed cancer before. It is unfortunate that she exploits desperately hopeful patients and charges exorbitant fees. Additionally, her consistently tardy attendance for appointments, often exceeding an hour, reflects poorly on her professionalism. Such unethical behavior tarnishes the reputation of naturopathy.
This Doctor saved my life and my unborn baby. I have been a patient ever since, 10 years now. I was pregnant with a very high risk pregnancy, multiple complications, I was being treated at the high risk pregnancy clinic at a major teaching hospital, multiple admissions. More time in hospital than home. I had gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, hyperemesis gravidarum, and my liver failed. Liver function dropped to seriously dangerous levels, I was told my liver would fail and not recover if its functioned dropped to 25%, I was at 30% function. I was second trimester and from 20 weeks everyday we were trying to keep the pregnancy going just one more day for the baby to develop a little more. If you are planning to see the doctor, best to read this first.
I had been a patient of the doctor for a year. I had been subjected to nearly 9 months of exhaustive tests, that costed me two to three thousand dollars. On top, I was convinced to buy several MLM (multi layer marketing) products. Often the products had nothing to do with my symptoms, i.e. magnetic pendants, magnetic chair covers, air ionizers etc. A $50 per bottle MLM fruit juice made it to the top of my treatment list, and I was told I have to consume one bottle per week for several months. These little toys again costed me thousands of dollas.
I estimate my "treatment" with them costed me in total around $8000, with zero results.
As said, my experience has been completely disappointing.
