Northern Beaches shuttle

Be very careful if using this company.
My family pre-paid for pick-up from Sydney Airport for Saturday 27/1/18. I received confirmation text and email from operator. Waited for 90 minutes at airport for them but they did not show. Called office many times but no repsonse. Called the office back each day for the next 3 days for an explanation or apology. No-one from the company called me back at any time. Never received an apology or explanation. Office lady simply rude and displayed no empathy whatsoever. When asked if owner or manager was going to return any of my calls or emails was told 'Ive passed your message onto him, I can't make him dial you'. Booked and paid online - driver no show. Mobile phone number on website went to voice mail so no way to contact. Very stressful. Had to pay for cab and nearly missed checkin for flight. Driver phoned as we were arriving at airport to say 5 minutes away. Have tried to get refund but can't get a reply. DO NOT USE.

I had a Monday morning booking for an early international flight immediately after the weekend of the foiled terrorist threat against an airline. All over the media were reports suggesting that passengers arrive at the airport early due to increased security measures. My airline emailed to say the same. I could not make contact with these people to change the pick up time. I left three messages. On the fourth call, on the morning of the pickup, I explained I'd had to call a cab instead. They didn't pass this onto their driver, who then abused me for not being at home, even though I'd also sent him a text and PRE-PAID !! He was so aggressive I had to simply hang up on him. It is a month later and they still will not return my multiple calls or emails requesting a refund. Use Harry's Northern Beaches Airbus instead...perfect service on the return trip.

Absolutely hopeless. Arrived late and then we had to wait another hour. Dirty van. Driver picking his nose during the trip. Not sure if he has a licence. Never used 3rd gear. Very rough driving experience. Would never use again. Catch a taxi if you are anywhere on the northern beaches.

Booked and PAYED in advance 91 dollars NO SHOW! Arrived from internationel after nearly 30 hours travel waited att macdonalds from 20 min before earliest pre arranged time of 9:35pm and waited to 10:35pm ( 30 min later then latest time given) during that time tryed repeatadley without success to contact them. Ended with a taxi to our destination for a extra cost of over 125 dollars. Tried then for 2 days to contact Tom for a refund. Tom finally contacted us and said, qoute ( you are not getting a penny back lovey, i was there so you must have been inside shopping) . That was a total untruth. When asked why he didnt ring he answered, qoute ( we dont ring internationel telefones) . I strongly recommend NOT USING THIS COMPANY!
