I was also disappointed when my actual massage time was only about 45-50mins. I paid for 1hr and just happened to notice the clock was 3.10 when I got undressed and then 3.57 when I was getting dressed again, so I got approx 45-50min treatment time. I was not late. I found the treatment technique was way too slow and not kneading into my problem areas very well. I get regular 1hr massages and the therapist always get through my legs and back/shoulders in 1hr. This time I only got my legs and some of my back done. There were also big mould patches on the wall which was very off putting. If the damp mould of the old building cannot be fixed, they should at least put up a screen. The staff were very nice and helpful but unfortunately I would not go back. Firstly Id just like to say that I have been a client/patient of this clinic for years and have always been 100% satisfied with my treatments. I want to emphasise that I NEVER complain about anything so this has upset me a little obviously. I noticed the last 3 treatments Ive had with them have been cut short (timing). Im not one to watch the clock; They are an amazing massage therapists dont get me wrong - I always feel fantastic after a treatment but treatment always feel short even though I book in for a 1hr treatment.. What Im upset about is the first time i thought surely they haven't cut my treatment 15-20 minutes short and charged for an hour. I thought perhaps because we were chatting it seemed quicker. The second time much the same except around 20 - 30 minutes shorter but charged for 1 hr. Im really disappointed as I have many health issues and spend a fortune on medical care.
