The worst customer experience I have ever seen. The lady at the counter was so rude that I went into the waiting room and cried. She heard me crying, and told me to control my emotions, and leave the building and come back when I was not crying. I returned later to find the tyre which had blowen out, was replaced with a wrong size tyre on the car, and was told I could only drive short distances around Cobram. She said I had to go to another tyre place and find the right size tyre. She knew I lived in Melbourne and needed to get home.
Unfortunately the negative reviews here are true. Worst customer service I've ever experienced, they were passive aggressive bullies who really couldn't see their own actions. I've left there feeling very intimidated and will never go near their business, neither should you.
