Excellent service and customer care from start to finish. This was my second experience with Northlands Automotive for a routine 60,000km service of my VW Tiguan. Steve helped me keep my service costs to an absolute minimum by providing excellent technical advice. I was also given a very nice courtesy vehicle for the day at no cost. Steve has set a very high standard for quality service and customer care at Northlands Automotive and I can't imagine going anywhere else for all my vehicle needs in the future. This workshop is excellent, skilled, honest and mature staff. I had my FG XR6T in here for it's logbook service. They went over every check point as outlined on the Ford Book, and reported back to me with info that I needed to know once complete. Best place to take your car.
