If you're a customer, and you want to be treated like dirt, spoken to rudely, and not have your packages picked up or delivered, then you've come to the right place.
Staff were extremely rude, charged 180% of the originally quoted price, and 2 weeks later have not even picked up my parcel.
Northline refused to refund, or even talk to me about their abysmal customer service. They claimed I'm not their customer, and that they only have a contract with the booking agent.
