I went there earlier in the year for a full transmission service and flush which cost over $400. I was told it was a "big job" as the exhaust had to be taken off. A day after the service I got under the car to replace a guard and found the filler plug had not even been done up finger tight, just hanging on by a screw thread and could have fallen out at any stage. I have now recently been told by another mechanic who fixed a minor oil leak that there is "no way the transmission had been serviced". The gasket was old and couldn't be re-used, the filter had not been changed and the transmission fluid was brown and clearly hadn't been changed. There was also no way they removed the exhaust as they showed me the nuts were clearly rusted on and they weren't coming off without a grinder. Certainly not going there again. P.S. love the obvious fake reviews below!!

Paul was very honest and upfront. His evaluation cost nothing and he has restored my faith in Mechanical tradesmen. If you have a problem with your Auto Transmission, you can take it to this Company without having to wonder if you are going to get 'ripped off'.

Paul is a great transmission mechanic, and a great guy. He is honest and trustworthy. He diagnosed our car problem as not transmission, but the ABS module. He could have easily got transmission work from us, but spent an hour on our car working out what was wrong, charged us nothing and gave us good advice on what to do
