Wow! Unsure why there have been nothing but negative reviews on this platform as I have had nothing but positive experiences with Pacific Smiles. I used to commute back to Manly West to my old dentist until my wife questioned why I wasn't supporting local business more. I am glad she did. From my first interaction with Pacific Smiles Dental until today I have had nothing but exceptional service and care. Under our Medibank Private health insurance we have never been out of pocket either with everything covered! Considering how much we pay for private health insurance it is refreshing to know that we are actually getting something back. I am headed back to Pacific Smiles tomorrow for my 6 month check up and 2 year x-rays and the only thing that will make me smile harder when walking out with a clean mouth is the knowledge that it is not going to cost me anything. Troy is the best dentist ever and WILL not rip you off. He genuinely cares about his patients and he is great at taking out wisdom teeth. I tell everyone I know to go here. A checkup is much cheaper then other places and he will not spin wild stories trying to rip you off. An honest and highly recommended dentist!
Troy is a truly skilled dentist that I would recommend to anyone. I have needed fillings, root canals, extractions and a crown and he is the best dentist I have seen. Not a preferred provider for Bupa, but still cheaper and definitely the best value around. Honest advice and pain free dentistry!
