**Avoid Purchasing from Northside Kia if You Value Timely Delivery**
I strongly advise against buying a car from Northside Kia if timely delivery is important to you. When I signed the contract to purchase my vehicle, the salesperson, Michael, assured me that the car was already in production and would be delivered within three months. However, three months have now passed, and the car is still in production. It feels like they provided misleading information just to get me to sign the contract.
Now that I’m asking for my deposit back, they’re telling me I’ll need to wait another two months to get a refund if the car still hasn’t been delivered by then. It seems like they’re more interested in boosting their sales figures before year-end and holding onto your deposit for as long as possible instead of delivering the car.
Hi I called the service team for my Kia Sorento second service (15,000km). The service person Olivia who attended the phone was so rude and she offered me a service after 1 month. I told her my car is about to reach the km soon and also asked her why you didn’t mention these kinds of delay prior because my first service done with a 2 days notice period. She is so rude and told me now we can do only after 1 month and if you want call some other dealership to do the service. I also asked her if you guys notice me these kind of delays prior I can plan service according to that and she she told me I am here to book the vehicle for service not to talk with you.
Disgusting service, went there on 9th Jan to buy a sportage demo, got talked into paying extra $500 for a new sportage sx, not realising until about to sign that it was unavailable
told could be delivered end that week, if not expected end of next week, put delivery date on contract as 30Jan, "end of month as we do with all contracts but you will have your car before then" we even got bank cheque and insured the car on 20th Jan as we had VIN number etc and didn't want a holdup on delivery
Tried to get out of contract early Feb as needed car, but told by manager "in fine print it states we have 60 days from delivery date to deliver, if we cancel they charge 10% of purchase price, and "you are both over 18 yo and can presumably read" Totally disrespecful by John the ...read more
It was a great experience there, despite of many customers they were dealing with, I was greeted promptly and my car was serviced so quickly and efficiently. I felt my car's performance has improved right away when I drove off the Northside Honda building. They vacuumed my car, oiled my tires, and cleaned externally, my car was shining and looked brand-new, my heart jumped when I saw my car coming out of the service, just like on the day she was mine! Thank you Northside Honda, great service.
While booking I have been told over the phone that it will take only an hour for the service and airbags change but when I reached there I have been told it wil be around 2 hours and in reality it took exactly 3 hours! Moreover they don't keep spare tyres so they didn't change my flat one in the boot needing replacement which was known at the commencement of the service. Neverthless, they helped me in getting wifi connection (although interrupted couple of times) so that I could work on important office matters from the waiting area.
