Northside Shuttle Service

We booked this service to pick us up from Sydney airport for a 3.50pm pick up. At 3.30pm while waiting for luggage we were phoned saying the shuttle was leaving. We pointed out we booked the confirmed pick up for 3.50pm. We were told our plane landed at 2.30pm and as a result they were leaving. We contacted the company mobile and got the same reply. We were offered a 5.30pm pick up.
Completely unsatisfactory. Save yourself the stress and use alternate transport.

I used Northside shuttle service in favour of my usual service,as they were considerably cheaper.
On pickup,driver was late,as he went to another suburb with the same street name as mine.
Return journey,no one showed up.
Rang office,who offered me a refund.Had to ask her to please check if there were any other buses due to pick up that evening.Fortunately there was a bus about to leave the airport,and the driver came and collected me.No co ordination whatsoever!
On the plus the drivers were friendly and courteous,and the buses clean,but are let down by poor management.Wont use again.

Awful, awful. Got picked up in Manly Vale to go to airport. An hour later via dee why, Davidson then stop to refuel we are heading to airport. Do use them, get a cab!

I booked with another company, and they left me stranded, Northside came to the rescue and made the pickup within 20 minutes and told me that they would get the fee from the folks who abandoned me. They also were spot on time the next day as well for the pickup going back!
I have a new service...

Agreed, bad service. Took 3 hours to get home due to late driver and late pick ups. When I contacted the office about the service they said "sorry to hear that but we are a shuttle bus company".

Save yourself and book another company.
