I was seeing a psychologist here but after there receptionist pretty much called me a liar there’s no way I will be returning and I would not recommend any one to them. I had high expectations of this place but after the receptionist said I had been informed on something when I knew I had not she kept going at me like I was some sort of criminal. Mind you the last time I had an appointment at this place there was a different girl on the desk and just because someone had entered something into their computer does not mean this is correct. Massive thumbs down considering this place is supposed to deal with mental health patients.

I have my 3rd appointment booked in for thursday and so far have nothing but wonderful things to say about Kylie and her staff. Lovely to deal with, very helpful and very welcoming.

Very rude staff, controlling, charge for missed appointments alas they're very tardy never on time, booking appointments isn't easy or done after last appointment.
Wouldn't fill in claim for superannuation due to they refused to believe me, furthermore they went out of way to call superannuation client as everyone was told about me they called the wrong number to confirm an untrue statement that it wasn't necessary for their staff member to fill in, just received letter from super client stating that I require their statement.
Am very disappointed will be seeking compensation for defamation damages for misleading information.
I would suggest not to bother..
