Terrible service and complete waste of time and money - Zero stars!

Honestly I would love to leave a good review but unfortunately I've experienced terrible service and it was a complete waste of time and money trying to get Norwest to repair my dishwasher. Total incompetence from the repair person.

My Fisher and Paykel fridge spat the dummy early this morning...Food in the fridge compartment wasn't cold anymore and there was a very nasty rumbling noise coming from behing the frozen meat compartment - sounded to me like one of those old Sydney 'Red Rattler' trains on its last legs.

So I called several appliance repairers around 8:00 AM... Karl from Norwest was the ONLY ONE who said he could fix it today. Around 3 hours later Karl called me back to let me know he was on his way... True to his original word, he arrived within 30 mins, took just 15 mins to diagnose and solve the problem/s and by midday...Karl was on his way to his next job. Fantastic service all round. They we're fast and efficent, came when was convient for me. they we're highly professional, and friendly. Very skilled technicians that knew exactly what was wrong with my fridge which was fixed on the day... Thank you for such a great service

Terrible service, got quoted over the phone one price and then got billed twice the amount after they had finshed the job and left me with not a cent to spare, they had left the rubbish all over my front lawn. very poor service do not recomend this company to anyone, avoid at all costs

Very unhappy with this service. The $70 call out consisted of the tradesman turning the washing machine on then off again and declaring it needed a new motor (estimated $400). After promising to call my wife with a full quote we didn't hear anything for 5 days, even after a follow up call from my wife after 2 days.



We bit the bullet and called out someone else this morning who actually opened the machine up, extracted the coin that was stuck in the pipe and charged us $65 in total. What a shame we wasted $70 on Norwest first.
