Waiting well over an hour past an appointment time is totally unacceptable. If you can't manage time schedule longer appointments or catch up time. The presumption that this is okay - because it is clearly on going is outrageous and a disgrace. Fine if it's walk in and wait but there should not be a problem if appointments are scheduled. Or at least have the courtesy to advise the delay so people can do something more productive while waiting

Appalling disrespect of patients' time.

Totally inefficient and inept booking system, absolutely no communication or concern about delays.

"Let them wait" appears to be the attitude at this place. And suprise to think it would be any other way!

So inefficient! Twice recently I made an appointment to see see a GP and both times I left without being seen as the wait time was over 2 hours. The receptionists were also very unhelpful. Ridiculous way to run a business.

Last Thursday, 1st February 2018, I came into Norwood Village Medical Centre with my daughter who had an accident at school. As I got there I realised I didn’t have my Medicare card in my purse as I had come straight from Work/School. I went up to the Receptionist and told her I didn’t have my card but that I had been there before so my details are in the system and I have all my other ID on me. To which, in a RUDE TONE, she replied telling me she needs to see some ID from my child. She’s 10 years old!!! What kind of ID does a 10 year old have? So while I am trying to discuss this with her, my daughter is standing there in paid and crying. I asked her to check her system that our details are there, she continued to roll her eyes at me and speak to me in a rude manner like I AM the one who’s out of line here. Waited at clinic for over three hours, told it was 1.5 hour wait. Totally understaffed on a Saturday, they said they had four doctors on but we didn't see one for over an hour come out of his room, another one was walking around and had not called a patient for more than 45mins. Waiting room over crowded. Only one receptionist who was inundated with enquires and clearly frustrated. Had to leave as it took the entire clinic to attend to 9 patients in 1.5 hours. I can understand why people end up going to the hospital for treatment.............. terrible experience
