Went in with a heat-sink needing attachment to a cpu, and they disconnected the DVD on me in his word " I must have bumped it by accident", when asked about it he relied " Do it yourself, just open it and plug it in (So technically i paid for my dvd to be disconnected). I asked him for reimbursement for damaging my PC he told me to bring it in, when i told him i had no time he said "its up you". The other review didn't get his PC fixed at all but gave 5 stars... very very fishy. DO NOT USE find another. Center com is best.
great reception from Colin, who, although he couldn't help himself at the time, was extremely generous with advice to overcome my difficulty (5 stars all the way)
So they didn't do a thing or didn't know how and you gave them 5 stars?.. really?
