I know there are negative reviews here but I want to say I had the opposite experience. Very happy with Nova.From walking into Gloucester showroom, to design and quote thru to installation today (both a large shower screen and a walk in robe fitout) the experience with new owner Corbin and the team has been great. It looks fab - very happy - and I was thrilled with the price. The showerscreen alone was $200 less then my other taree wingham quotes. #goodjobNova

Check your quote- in small writing is that they do not take responsibility for accidental damage caused by hidden cables or pipes. As my job was a replacement and previous holes were used this should not have been a problem. They hit a pipe and caused another 50% cost of the primo all quote. I will not be recommending them to anyone!!
Out of all the contractors involved in our bathroom renovation, Nova Team were by far the most disappointing! They installed a semi-frameless shower screen on an angle and out of alignment with the tiles, despite the tiler (Tony Hatton) providing perfection for them to work with. Apparently they would have had to measure the space with a laser to get it right... why this isn't standard practise for them, I don't know? The first and second glass doors they installed had 50mm scratches. The third had 5mm scratches, which we will live with because we were sick of dealing with their incompetence! The application of silicone sealant to wall and floor junctions is messy and leaks in multiple spots anyway. Their admin staff gave us attitude for not being satisfied with the above. What a joke of a business!
Yes above comment about the workmanship and attitude of Nova Screens, from start to finish upon the original installation was very disappointing. 2 large scrathes on the glass plus screws left exposed and very sharp. Paid $1000.00 and it still is not right. Wish I had read the above comment b/fore giving them the job. At least 1 workman did try to help. I should have made them take the whole thing out . And requested a refund. So consumers be warned of this business work and quality assurances, there is none.
