Work asked the Novotel well in advance to be ready first (including longer) stay, as they were on an earlier flight - ended up being the last room ready and had to wait 3hrs in the lobby to check in!
Check in took way too long given they were already paid for, we checked in around 3:30pm as we notified Novotel well in advance. All rooms were made under the one Booking and Gold Accor Member. The decision by the Hotel to imprint or hold $50 per room, per night was very disappointing. It felt like there was no trust, given this is the same amount withheld, if anyone walks off the street and makes a booking.
