Staff are very friendly and accommodating, the rooms are clean and sizeable. Competitive pricing for the rooms as well which makes it nice to travel for work. My only feedback point is the price of breakfast - we were asked to pay $25 for toast and cereal which I believe is wayyy too expensive
On Friday 24th June 2016 I booked to stay there on Saturday 17th September 2016 for one night but I didn't realise it would cost more ao I rang them up on Monday 27th June 2016 and as a once off they were happy to cancel it and give Elise a refund, which was very nice of them to do that for me.
I have been to the Novotel Glen Waverley twice now, which was in December 2008 and in November 2009 and both times I really enjoyed myself and I had a good time as well so I would like to go keep going back there because the buffet breakfast was most enjoyable as well.
We stayed at the Novotel Glen Waverly for a special two night get-away together, that was close enough to return to the young ones or issues at home, if required. On booking, we weren't sure that the location was anything we were feeling particularly excited about, but in the end decided it was more about our time relaxing in the hotel, so booked a package which included breakfast, car-parking and entry into the local cinema. We left completely refreshed and feeling it had been a terrific choice to avoid the city on this occasion. We found the location of the Novotel in Glen Waverly central to fantastic shopping, had we wanted it. The Cinema Complex (Century City) was located within an extremely short stroll from the hotel foyer. There was a fabulous selection of bars and restaurants to select from within the hotel itself, Century City, and again in the immediate neighbourhood.
