Novus Renovations

Gave quote agreed to go ahead kept putting job off for nearly two months, thank heavens!!! Then psays cabinet maker made a mistake with quote (after 2 months) then put price up by $3500.00. Told Chris no way and he became quite nasty. Never use these guys and I can only thank my lucky stars they never started the job especially after reading some of the reviews!!!!!

I have just had my bathroom and ensuite renovated by Novus Renovations and the job was fantastic. Extremely helpful and competent workers all round.
Not sure what happened to the other reviewer. Probably 2 sides to every story.
Would highly recommend Novus Renovations.

Be warned! Shonky doesn't begin to describe this outfit.

From the start, the builders were being given the wrong instructions by the management - hob wall in the wrong place, old trap door left in place, ducted heating vent left disconnected under the floor, no thought given to reinstalling the original toilet, incorrect wall tile height. We managed to get these corrected but the more we pointed things out, the more churlish they became. To top it off, they have added costs to the final payment without any consultation with us at all and there's no sign of any compliance certificates.

Time to pay the VBA a visit.
