We have not yet stayed here, BUT so far the communication we have had on the phone has been fantastic, we are really looking forward to our visit in sept. The young girl that works behind the counter (wish I could remember her name) was soooooo!!!!! helpful she basically bent over backwards in helping me with my enquiries. we always like a shady site and she was that helpful that she even went and looked at variuos sites to then ring me back to let me know which was the best. Far as i am concerned so far 5 star, BUT will keep you posted after our stay :-)
