My review is none of those .......I am very disappointed with NRMA. Have been a member for 41 years ...BUT....now I have been trying to get my $100. refund ....I over paid my Roadside Assist by $100.......I WANT MY MONEY BACK........!!!!!! You have all my details but you are NOT refunding me!!!.... PAY UP .......
when did nmra road service change its rules. five years ago I was allowed to have my daughter aged 50 on my 37 year old membership, now when I phoned to change her plate number and car my account was suspended. I am 74 years of age and I am suspended, although I am gold member of thirty seven years. It has nearly caused me nervous breakdown. I try and help my daughter but am not allowed. think I will go to current Affair with my problem.
