We only stayed one night but loved it. Yes rooms need a little make over but what do you expect for just over $100.00 & restaurant had great food a fair price too fantastic staff great with kids will definitely return thanks for a good experience.

We recently stayed at the Treasure Island for 4 nights. The group booked 2 suites and one two story townhouse. The park itself has a loads of activities for kids. There were 8 kids in our group from different age groups from 3 years to 13 years, the pool, jumping pillow, the go carts, tennis and mini gold occupied them pretty much. The Resort is located just next to a shopping mall and there are couple of big mall within 5 km distance. The most importantly the reach to the main theme parks are quite quick.
The accommodation is a pleasant though the they did not refill the tea and sugar during the stay and bath amnesties. The cupboards of the suite was bit smelly.
Apart from that the resort is overall good.
we recently stayed for 2 weeks and while it was amazing for children and even the adults for a break away from the kiddies, there were a few faults.
i agree with the below comment, the staff on the phone were fairly rude and werent all that helpful the first time i called to place a booking. Obviously i was comparing prices and was after a place that not only suited the needs of my children but also came with a nice price tag. The second time i called to actually book it was a lot better.
it seemed a bit abrupt and almost like they were in a hurry to go off and do something else and get off the phone quickly from you. thats what came across as rude.

We must apologise that you felt some of our staff were less than friendly in your interactions as there really is no excuse for poor customer service and this is certainly not the impression we want our guests to have.
We would also like to apologise that your linens were not refreshed as they should have been after the first mini-service, as this appears to be an obvious oversight. We will be following this up with our housekeeping staff. While ideally you should not have to, for future reference please do not hesitate to bring any such issues to the attention of our staff so we may attend to you immediately.

Treasure Island was great for my children when we went last time now wanting to return I've found that the women over the phone are so RUDE, and unhelpful people, when you contact them for resverations they are not helpful at all When I called one lady said she had cabins free but 2mins later all booked out WAT DA??? so It depends on the person u get if they are in a happy mood ur LUCKY. I wudn't bother going back. NOw looking for another place to take my family I DON"T RECOMMEND IT .. ITS WAY TO STRESSFUL !!!
