Very reliable insurance company, if you have an extra coin to add to your insurance these guys well deserve it.

Their road service is simply unbeatable, techs are always friendly, well, thankfully I only needed it couple of times in the past 5 years, but each time they managed to be there as expected, and one time when they couldn't brake in to my car, it was one of these serious locks, they statues with me for few hours, until managed to do something.

The only thing that bothers me at times is their price, but then again, it's not ridiculously higher than somewhere else.

A fact with customer service is you must maintain a certain respectability and elegance when dealing with the clients. NRMA in Castle Hill Towers is below no one else when dealing with their very own clients. Quick n superb service with a smile and always something to small talk about makes this place friendly to come back and do business in person rather than online.
