If I get into an NRMA and don't have to queue for a while, that is already a bonus. When you walk in, a concierge greets you and asks for your reason for visiting after which you wait in the waiting area for a while before being received by one of the local consultants. I went in recently to ask for a statement of insurance, and found that the local representative didn't understand what I was asking for. After a short conversation with the manager, this was quickly resolved and the staff member helped me ably and quickly with my requirements. All in all, an OK visit. I like that there is parking in the building so I can deal with business without worrying about parking fines in the area.
