I had a question on supermarket incorrect price scanning policies - I rang your enquiries number and when I asked for the fact sheet to be emailed to me I was referred to this site and told to look for consumer - I typed in consumer and all I got was a number of irrelevant headings - so your site is badly designed - there should be a pull down menu toassist enquirers identify easily the area of information
